Taste, Purity & Premium Justification

Q Healthy snacks usually taste like cardboard. What do MantraAQ snacks actually taste like?

We do not sacrifice taste for health. Traditional healthy snacks are air-puffed and dry; ours are not. MantraAQ uses a proprietary light seasoning process that bonds natural spices directly to our cold-pressed singhara chips.

The result: the same satisfying crunch and bold Indian flavour as traditional chips, with zero guilt, zero palm oil, and 100% clean ingredients.

Q I can buy regular singhara flour cheaper at the local market. Why pay a premium for MantraAQ?

Open-market singhara flour is prone to adulteration, grit, dirt, and mould from improper sun-drying by unorganised middlemen. MantraAQ runs an automated, certified facility: our water chestnuts are thoroughly washed, machine-dehulled, and cold-milled into an ultra-fine, grit-free flour.

You are paying for pure quality, zero digestive discomfort, and a reliable shelf life, not for the name.

Functional Health & Dietary Integrity

MantraAQ products are a natural, low-GI, gluten-free food and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have diabetes, are pregnant, or are managing a medical condition, please consult your doctor or dietitian before making changes to your diet.

Q Are MantraAQ products truly diabetic-friendly, or is that just marketing?

It is backed by food science. Refined wheat flour (maida) has a high Glycemic Index of around 70+. Raw water chestnut inherently has a low-to-moderate GI, and our cold-processing prevents starch gelatinisation.

That means a portion of our snacks releases carbohydrates gradually into your bloodstream, avoiding the sharp insulin spikes typical of mainstream packaged snacks.

Q Are your products entirely gluten-free?

Yes. Water chestnut is a seed fruit, making it inherently 100% gluten-free and grain-free. Our entire facility is dedicated strictly to singhara-based production, eliminating cross-contamination risk with wheat or gluten.

Q Are your snacks safe for toddlers and pregnant individuals?

Yes, entirely. Our labels are fully transparent: no hidden maltodextrin, no INS chemical stabilisers, and no artificial sweeteners. Water chestnuts are rich in potassium, vitamin B6, and natural minerals, making them a nutrient-dense snack option for developing children and expecting mothers.

Q Does MantraAQ use MSG, artificial colours, or chemical preservatives?

Absolutely not. Our clean-label promise is strict: we rely entirely on natural cold-pressed spices, herbs, and rock salt for flavour. Zero MSG, zero trans-fats, zero palm oil, zero synthetic colours. What is on the ingredient list is exactly what you get.

04

Culinary Performance, Storage & Fasting (Vrat)

Q Can MantraAQ products be consumed during religious fasting (Vrat)?

Yes. Our pure water chestnut flours and snacks are ideal for fasting days like Navratri, Shivratri, and Ekadashi. Our strict clean-label, additive-free process keeps them fully compliant with Vrat dietary guidelines.

Q Singhara is naturally gluten-free: does your Singhara Pasta turn sticky or mushy when boiled?

Not at all. Standard gluten-free pastas often disintegrate when boiled because they lack binding agents. MantraAQ uses a proprietary extrusion process that keeps an al dente structural integrity: it holds its shape and absorbs sauces just like traditional durum wheat pasta.

Tip: boil for 6 to 8 minutes with a pinch of salt for the best texture.
Q What is the shelf life of the snacks and flours after opening?

Unopened, our nitrogen-flushed packages stay fresh for 9 months from manufacture. Once opened, transfer into a clean, airtight container and store somewhere cool and dry, and consume within 30 days for the best crunch and flavour.

Sourcing, Sustainability & Trade

Q Where does MantraAQ source its raw ingredients?

We source directly from local wetland farmers across Bihar, which accounts for over 40% of India's total singhara production. Bypassing traditional middlemen means fair pricing for farmers and immediate post-harvest processing to lock in freshness.

Q How can I trace where my food came from?

Every MantraAQ package carries a unique QR code. Scan it for full supply chain visibility, right down to the regional cluster of farms in Bihar where your crop was grown and harvested.

Q I am a distributor or modern trade buyer: what is your commercial shelf life and supply reliability?

All MantraAQ packaged snack SKUs carry a commercially viable 9-month shelf life, achieved naturally through nitrogen-flushing and high-barrier sustainable packaging, without a single artificial preservative.

Backed by direct-from-farm sourcing clusters across Bihar, we maintain year-round raw material stability, insulating retail partners from seasonal disruption or price volatility.
